| HIPAA requires
that every healthcare provider educate their staff with respect
privacy and security practices. In home care alone, this may
represent more than a million individuals. This includes your
full-time and part-time staff, as well as contractors. It also
includes all of your aides and volunteers that work with your
organization. This will be a considerable challenge, that continues
far beyond HIPAA's April 2003 compliance deadline.
